So the weekend came really quick.... I was at wits end because I have yet to organise my niece's bday present, not because I am a certified procrastinator but because I absolutely ran out of ideas for her present! Anyway... I had this idea that since it is summer why dont I make her a summer gear... Didnt have much time given that I thought about this on Fri and her party was on Sunday. So on Sat, I got up early and went to Lincraft at Southland.. got the most girlie-colored yarn I can find and quickly got back home to start on the project, and a day later managed to produce a summer hat and matching draw string purse.

Hi Jas!! Nice job with the pretty summer hat. I will never be able to produce that even in my next 5 lifetimes. Great that you have started a blog, keep it up so we can follow your events and happenings down under!
Min, congratulations for having opened your Blog. Nice pictures, mouthwatering cookings. Come up with some Kuching foods - may be laksa Sarawak, John's favourite.
